If you don't have an Agreement in place for our regular sampling services and want to give us a test run, this form is for you. Please note, this is a pre-paid request form. We offer this service to brands needing assistance who come to us without having been referred. Our minimum monthly activity is generally 10 samplings a month with each client. We know some brand want to try out a service provider prior to diving to deep. This is a solution for you! You will be charged in advance for the sampling. All samplings must be 3 hours in length. There is an upfront fee charged at the end of this form to initiate the order and get your sampling into our system. The fee is $260.00 for a 3 hour sampling within acceptable driving distance of most metropolitan areas in Tennessee. If for some reason, your request can not be met or there is a cancellation that is out of all control, you will be refunded your entire payment unless the Brand Ambassador assigned to the sampling shows up at the account and is prepared and ready and for some reason due to no fault of LTL Marketing, the sampling does not take place. In that event, a trip charge will be assessed and a partial refund will be issued.
